Sample Reports

All reports include an easy to read summary page. Total concentrations can be included if you like on air samples. Tape lifts provide a semi-quantitative rating (trace, minor, major, abundant) for each mold type detected as well as for debris, fibers, and insect parts.

Mold reports are e-mailed in MS Word or Adobe acrobat .PDF format. Click on a report below to download the file in Adobe acrobat format.
